Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → your name (top) → Subscriptions, select Musku, then Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is permanent: all your data (workouts, custom exercises, statistics) will be erased within 30 days.
I can't log in
First, check your internet connection. If you sign in with email + password, a 2FA verification code is emailed to you on each login — make sure to check your spam folder. If the issue persists, email us at email@musku.app.
My workouts won't sync
Musku works offline: your workouts are saved locally and synced as soon as you reconnect to the internet. If sync doesn't trigger, close and reopen the app, or contact us.
How do I update my personal information?
Go to Profile → Edit profile. You can update your name, gender, date of birth, height, weight, experience level, goal, and training frequency.
