1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Musku mobile application, a strength-training tracking and planning service. By downloading or using the app, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

3. User account
Using Musku requires creating a personal account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Keep your credentials confidential
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or servers
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account.
4. Premium subscription
Musku offers a Premium subscription providing access to advanced features (premium programs, detailed statistics, etc.).
- Price: shown in the app at the time of purchase. Charged via your Apple account.
- Duration: annual subscription with automatic renewal unless turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: you can manage and cancel the subscription directly from your Apple ID settings (iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refund: handled by Apple under their own terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.
5. User content
You retain ownership of all data and content you save in Musku (sessions, custom exercises, notes). You grant us only the rights necessary to operate the service (storage, processing, display in your account).
6. Medical disclaimer
Musku is not a medical service. Programs and recommendations are informational templates. Before starting a program, especially if you have health conditions or haven't trained recently, consult a healthcare professional or qualified coach. Use of the app is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its code, design, and contents (programs, exercises, illustrations) are the exclusive property of Julien Legrand. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
8. Liability
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months for the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, or activity harmful to the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Any substantial change will be notified in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new Terms, you can terminate your account.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution via email@musku.app, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
